Join author Alex Gulino on her journey throughout New Jersey, the Garden State, as she explores these forgotten properties and documents their decay. Presenter and Author: Alex Gulino is a New Jersey based photographer and three-time author. Focusing her photography primarily on landscapes and abandoned locations, Alex has picked up her camera in the name of adventure. Having been inspired by numerous urban explorers before her, Alex has traveled all around the northeast United States & beyond looking for her next hidden gem.  Alex’s photography has been featured in numerous publications and venues such as Greenpoint Gallery, "Jersey City Times", "F-Stop Magazine", the Carteret Performing Arts & Event Center, 14C Art Fair, Monmouth County Art Alliance, and many more. Her latest book – "Jersey City: The Real Chilltown" – was released in spring 2023. When she isn’t busy shooting, you can find her in the outdoors where she feels most at home.
